The group of organizers consists of Tor Kjetil Edland, Margrethe Raaum and Trine Lise Lindahl. All three have more than ten years experience with organizing larps in different genres, time periods and sizes. Examples are Once upon a time, Limbo, New voices in art, Panopticorp, Skumringstid, 1942 og Casino Libre. They have all been central in organizing the nordic larp conference Knutepunkt over several years.

Tor Kjetil Edland is the initiator and project leader of this larp. He has the main responsibility for the economy.

Margrete Raaum has the main responsibility for practical matters.

Trine Lise Lindahl has the main responsibility for information and registration.

All creative processes are done cooperatively.
